Antoine Lhomme appointed director of catering at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis

Four Seasons Nevis Hotelthe award-winning resort consistently rated by travelers and travel experts as one of the best resorts in the Caribbean, named Antoine Lhomme as the new restaurant manager. A hospitality industry veteran with 15 years of international restaurant experience, the appointment marks his first role with Four Seasons after a three-year stint as Executive Assistant Director in charge of catering at La Samanna, At Belmond Hotel in Saint-Martin. .

As Director of Catering, Antoine will oversee all restore operations, emphasizing innovation, creativity and delivering extraordinary dining experiences to customers. He arrives just in time to launch the concepts at on the dunes and Kastawey Beach Baras well as overseeing menu improvements EsQuilina, crowned monkey RUM BAR and Mango before Thanksgiving and the holidays.

Originally from France, Antoine was educated in Switzerland and had the chance to work on several continents in luxury hotels and resorts as well as in the diplomatic world. His career has taken him from Switzerland to China, at Kempinski Hotels; Ghana, where he held the position of reception and events manager at the French Embassy; Cambodia, with Heritage Suites Hotels and Alila Villas Koh Russey; and, of course, Saint-Martin.

Outside of work, Antoine enjoys getting out on the water with his boating license, tracking his health and nutrition, and sipping fine wines as a WSET Level 2 Sommelier.
